Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Apprentice Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Bend conduit, pull wire, disconnects.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of electrical systems.
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to support manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical work.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, motors, PLCs, and related equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure.
Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA and company policies. OSHA10 Required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with conduit, pulling wire, disconnects, and trapeze installation.
Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
