Registered Nurse (RN)Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in Dyersburg, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.RN RequirementsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in TennesseeExperience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferredStrong clinical and assessment skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work weekends and holidays as neededRN ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care according to individualized care plansAdminister medications and treatments as orderedMonitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in statusComplete accurate and timely documentationAssist with admissions, transfers, and dischargesWork closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staffSupport residents with daily care needs when neededParticipate in care planning and family meetingsFollow infection control and safety proceduresHelp train and support new nursing staffWhy Join Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation CenterWe believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
