KIA SERVICE ADVISOR

Hyman Brothers Auto Group is seeking a dedicated KIA Service Advisor to join our team in Midlothian, VA. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, satisfying service experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Assess and accurately document customer vehicle service needs.
- Clearly communicate vehicle issues, recommended repairs, and associated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and post-service satisfaction.
- Promote additional services or maintenance products as appropriate.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
- Proficient with computer systems and service software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
