Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry data and patient status; respond to alarms and notify appropriate team members per protocol
- Deliver direct patient care remotely; administer medications as ordered and document in the electronic health record
- Coordinate with on-site colleagues and physicians to plan and adjust patient care plans
- Conduct ongoing assessments, update care plans, and advocate for patient safety and comfort
- Provide patient and family education remotely as appropriate; ensure clear, compassionate communication
- Ensure compliance with privacy, infection control, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate, timely documentation

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- 1 year of Telemetry or telemetry-related nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher (ADN/BSN) from an accredited program
- Proficient in electronic health records and telemetry monitoring systems; strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts in a telemedicine environment
