The manager will work closely with all functional organizations as well as program personnel and the customer.The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of projects within area of Program Protection. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates data protection program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project.
