MUST HAVE A CREW OF WORKERS AVAILABLE TO HIRE.Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnelDelegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractorsRecruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring employees and contractorsProviding adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needsEmphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and proceduresDeveloping and managing project budgets and quality standards for all sitesResolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicablyRegularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officialsMinimum 5 years supervising installation of pipe and culvert on heavy civil projectsCurrent OSHA 30 or greater a plusOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExcellent management and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cardinal Civil Contracting Charlotte Llc
