Operations Manager

I'm partnering with a well-established manufacturer that's looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations and help drive the next phase of operational excellence. About the Role This isn't a role where you're simply maintaining production. You'll be responsible for leading manufacturing, production planning, inventory, procurement, scheduling, continuous improvement, and developing the next generation of leaders. Responsibilities Leading daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency Driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Coaching and developing production supervisors and cross-functional teams Improving production scheduling, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance Using operational data and KPIs to improve performance and eliminate bottlenecks Partnering with Maintenance, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to improve overall business performance Qualifications 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership 5+ years managing manufacturing plus production planning, procurement, inventory, or scheduling Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience Strong leadership and team development skills ERP experience (Microsoft Business Central is a plus) High-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience is a plus Preferred Skills High-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
