Job Title: Caregiver – Overnight (NOC Shift, PT/FT)
Pay: $17.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Shifts: 10p–6a (every other weekend required)
About the role
English Rose caregivers provide overnight care in small residential care homes offering assisted living and memory care in Edina and Minnetonka. With a 1:6 staff-to-resident ratio, you’ll have the time and support to focus on resident safety, comfort, and meaningful care.
- Provide overnight care and monitor resident well-being
- Assist with evening and morning routines
- Light housekeeping and preparing for the day ahead
- Document care notes clearly and accurately
If a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another caregiver steps in to maintain the 1:3 ratio during the day and 1:6 ratio during the overnight shift. Caregivers also have access to 24/7 nurse support for resident care needs. Qualifications
- HHA, PCA, CNA, or RA experience preferred
- Dementia care experience preferred (training provided)
- Compassionate, dependable, strong communicator
- Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication and written documentation skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active during shifts
- Household/cooking skills preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
