Senior Customer Solutions Engineer

To support a growing portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Customer Solutions Engineer will manage executive-level relationships, drive alignment between customer goals and technical capabilities, and lead strategic engagements remotely. Key responsibilities Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and high-value customers Collaborate with customer teams on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practices Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and ongoing strategic touchpoints with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Strategic/Technical Consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity company Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes and working with container-based solutions Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating complex organizations Demonstrated success driving measurable customer outcomes and leading executive-level engagements
