Remote Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Work Mode: Remote

Summary:

• Inside Sales Rep, Pet Insurance
• Must provide a copy of home state license and NIPR report upon offer acceptance

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries from pet parents to educate, recommend, and sell pet insurance policies.
• Optimize inbound leads and manage time effectively to consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Build strong rapport with customers by reinforcing the value of the company’s brand and pet insurance products while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently to minimize wait times and support customer retention.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain coverage options, benefits, and policy details.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Active Property & Casualty Producers insurance license in home state plus at least 44 additional states required prior to hire.
