Roofing Sales Representative

High Earning Potential | Training Provided | Growth Opportunity

We are looking for motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and wants their income to reflect the effort they put in. Roofing experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll help homeowners through the roofing process from the initial conversation through project completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting with homeowners and identifying roofing needs
Following up with leads and prospective customers
Performing roof inspections
Explaining roofing options and helping customers make informed decisions
Building relationships and generating referrals
Networking and developing new business opportunities
Prospecting in targeted neighborhoods, including some door-to-door outreach
Staying in communication with customers throughout their project
Working with our team to provide a great customer experience

Consistent with follow-up
Interested in sales and building their own customer base

Previous roofing or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales position with commission compensation and strong earning potential.
