Assistant Store Manager 1A - Low Volume Store Job Category: Ret Requisition Number: ASSIS014356 Locations: Showing 1 location Hours: Stores are open M-Sat from 9am-8pm and open at 11am on Sundays. Pay: $18.50 per hour Job Overview Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands‑on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork, showing integrity, following company guidelines, holding associates and themselves accountable for meeting company goals, treating all staff with respect and fairness, and enjoying a varied and fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure production goals are met by staff. Create a positive store environment for staff and customers. Manage payroll/timekeeping. Assist in ensuring production and sales goals are met. Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure facility for night. Operate cash register and provide customer service. Receive, price, and stock donations; lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Hang, inspect, and tag textile & clothing in a production style setting. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. At least three years of retail experience plus supervisory role experience. Preferred experience as a key holder.
