Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Portales, NM! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active NM Acute Care RN Case Manager Utilization Review, Acute Care RN Case Manager Discharge Planning, Ac license
• 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
• This position begins on 07/13/2026 and ends on 10/12/2026
