Medical Practice Site Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and support both front office and clinical teams
- Create a positive, team mindset culture
- Coach employees while maintaining accountability
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow
- Partner with providers and operational teams to improve patient experience
- Support employee growth, communication, and collaboration across departments
- Maintain an office where employees feel valued and supported
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Healthcare or Business Administration
- MPA, MBA or MHA a plus
- 5+ yrs previous medical practice management experience
Compensation Includes:
Base salary of 90-113K
