• Clean and reset guest rooms: make beds, change linens, and sanitize bathrooms.
• Complete floor care and surface care: dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Restock amenities and supplies, including toiletries and towels.
• Document and report any maintenance concerns, damages, or missing items.
• Follow hotel cleaning standards, SOPs, and all safety practices.
• Maintain tidy, fully stocked carts, storage rooms, and work areas.
• Provide friendly support to guests with basic requests.

• Background in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Comfort lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weight.
• Reliable and punctual; open to weekends and holidays as business requires.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
