People Operations Generalist — Shape HR in a Dynamic DC
Petco Animal Supplies, Inc.
Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking an HR partner to support employee relations, policy guidance, and benefits processes across its distribution centers. You will collaborate with the DC HR Manager and Talent Acquisition to staff roles, manage worker’s compensation processes, and ensure compliant HR operations. The role requires 3–5 years in HR, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong communication skills.
