Practice Overview

• You'll join an established ophthalmology team with a strong market presence.

Schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Employed position with a base salary of 425,000 - 475,000 and production incentives
• Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice with tail coverage
• Generous PTO and CME time, including annual allowance
• Potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO, board-eligible or board-certified in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship training is welcomed, but not mandatory
• Residents and fellows encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach are required
