COACH COUNSELOR

Coach Counselor (Youth Care Worker) at Tampa Residential Facility , Tampa, Florida. We employ a diverse, high‑quality workforce focused on care, safety, and education for moderate‑risk male youth ages 14‑18. The program uses evidence‑based practices and offers individual, family, and group counseling in addition to behavioral, mental‑health, and substance‑abuse services. Pay $19.00 per hour with 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period. Bonus Receive a $1,000 bonus upon completion of Essential Skills Training. Responsibilities Provide continuous in‑person safety and security for residential youth. Meet physical, personal, and health needs through mentoring and skill development. Create an environment that supports individual needs and monitors behaviors, documenting observations. Participate in and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities. Collaborate with professional staff to establish and meet treatment‑plan goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical, and TB test. Ability to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry. Desirable qualities: detail oriented, dedicated, motivated, flexible, self‑starter, and impact driven.
