- Highly competitive compensation; annual income potential of $70,000 - $100,000+ including:
- Commission of $800 - $1500 weekly
- Tips can be an additional $500 - $800+ weekly
- Monthly performance bonus ranging from $150 to $900
- Compensation is highly dependent on level of experience and hours worked

- Six paid holidays per year
- Full time. flexible scheduling including optional four-day workweeks
- Comprehensive initial groomer training + $1k annually for ongoing development

- Mercedes-Benz Van fully equipped with a climate-controlled grooming salon
- You focus on the pets and their pet parents while we take care of the business
- Provide thorough pet grooming including wash, rinse, hand dry, nail trim, ear cleaning, basic trim and add on services, as appropriate including, haircut, deshed, teeth brushing, etc. based on the specific breed
- Work independently in our grooming vans but with support from of our dispatch and grooming team
- All new client calls handled by our expert dispatch team
- A love for animals and pet handling experience is required (e.g., dog training, vet tech, personal pets)
- Must be reliable with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bark and Mane NW Chicagoland , previously Aussie Pet Mobile, has been in business since 2007 and is in high demand. We have a stable and growing business and are looking for 2-3 new groomers to join our team. We have seven vans and a loyal clientele who love the quality of grooming, service and convenience we provide.
