Bakery Operations Department Manager

Sheetz is seeking a Bakery Operations Department Manager to lead day-to-day bakery operations in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you’ll oversee production, quality, and freshness of baked products while ensuring strict food safety and sanitation standards. You’ll supervise and schedule team members, manage inventory and ordering, and control waste to meet sales and margin goals.
