Restaurant Manager — EVEN Kitchen & Bar

NM Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the EVEN Kitchen & Bar at the EVEN Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown. EVEN Hotels was built around wellness as its core philosophy — and our food & beverage program reflects that, offering nourishing, flavorful dining that balances health and indulgence for both hotel guests and outside diners. You'll oversee daily restaurant and bar operations while also managing our flexible meeting/event space, ensuring every guest — whether grabbing breakfast, unwinding at the bar, or hosting a small corporate gathering — has a great experience.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of EVEN Kitchen & Bar, including breakfast and dinner service and bar operations

• Manage and coordinate use of the hotel's flexible meeting/event space for corporate gatherings and small social events

• Hire, train, schedule, and develop restaurant and bar staff to brand wellness-focused service standards

• Own guest satisfaction for F&B, resolving issues quickly and professionally

• Manage food and beverage cost controls, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations

• Partner with the kitchen team on menu execution consistent with the EVEN Hotels wellness-forward concept

• Coordinate with sales/front office on event bookings, room setups, and guest requests

• Manage departmental labor costs and F&B budget performance

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role in hospitality or food service
• High school graduate or GED equivalent with a degree in hospitality management preferred
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• Display excellent communication skills with clients and coworkers
