Product Manager Job Summary and Qualifications Job Summary The Product Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Expanse and collaborate closely with the Expanse team and various business partners. This role involves working across teams to support Expanse product development, clinical and documentation workflow efficiency, and business needs related to Expanse product implementation. The Product Manager will oversee Product Leads or Analysts, manage project coordination, address issue escalations, and ensure successful product implementation and operational continuity. As a key member of the Product team, this manager will contribute to knowledge‑sharing, process improvement, and identifying synergies within the program. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have a passion for change, and a strong focus on continuous process improvement. Primary Responsibilities Manage Product Leads and Analysts Provide regular updates to the Senior Director on project status, product challenges, team progress, and potential barriers. Collaborate with multiple teams to align on strategies, planning, and address implementation challenges related to Expanse. Coordinate efforts across various business lines to ensure a unified, strategic approach to project deliverables. Support business needs by addressing issues arising and providing solutions. Timely escalation of concerns that may affect successful product go‑live, with thorough detail and resolution strategies. Facilitate and actively participate in team and project meetings. Deliver detailed reports and status updates to key stakeholders as needed. Propose recommendations and process improvements to ensure project success. Occasional travel may be required to support business initiatives. Adhere to the organization’s "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement." Perform additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong experience in people management is highly preferred. Background in Meditech Expanse preferred. Background in product management is preferred. Ability to effectively navigate and collaborate within highly matrixed organizations. Adaptable and flexible in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Expertise in orchestrating and delivering on strategic initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage, organize, and make informed decisions. Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking capabilities. Proven track record of removing obstacles and enabling teams to meet objectives. Ability to maintain focus and composure under pressure. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Education Bachelor’s degree required Experience 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience required. Experience with Meditech Expanse preferred. Physical Demands / Work Environment Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices. Physically capable of participating in training sessions, presentations, and meetings. Occasional travel including to clinical care sites may be required to support business needs.
