Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage check‑in/check‑out processes. Schedule appointments and manage the dentist's calendar effectively. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services. Verify patient insurance and process billing accurately. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist with patient records management and data entry. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Promote a positive patient experience through excellent customer service. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Friendly demeanor and a passion for patient care. Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes. Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing practice.
