Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments based on patient needs and skin concerns Conduct advanced laser facial treatments, including Helix and other resurfacing procedures Perform Microneedling and chemical peel treatments (experience preferred) Educate patients on skincare regimens and treatment plans Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment packages Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained according to safety and sanitation standards Build and nurture long-term patient relationships Contribute to practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and social media presence Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience Experience performing advanced laser treatments, including Helix or similar resurfacing technologies Experience with Microneedling and Chemical Peel facial treatments preferred Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols Excellent communication and consultation skills Professional, polished, and client-centered demeanor Existing client following or active social media presence strongly preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating with the practice team What we offer Fully equipped private treatment room Access to advanced aesthetic technology and devices Supportive, growth-oriented environment Opportunity to expand your existing clientele while benefiting from practice-generated leads Professional marketing support and collaborative growth opportunities Hybrid compensation structure of $20/hour plus commission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
