Territory Sales Representative

Join a growing last-mile delivery partner program and help expand a network of local business partners throughout Central Minnesota. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll spend your time building relationships with business owners, generating new partnerships, and serving as a trusted ambassador within the community. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, community engagement, and the freedom of managing their own territory while earning uncapped commission.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage local businesses through in-person outreach within your assigned territory.
• Present partnership opportunities and generate interest in the delivery partner program.
• Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application and onboarding process.
• Build referral relationships with local organizations, chambers of commerce, and community leaders.
• Attend networking events, recruiting events, and community outreach activities.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
• Deliver an outstanding partner experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Consistently drive territory growth and partner acquisition.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Comfortable with local travel and frequent face-to-face meetings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid field and remote role based in the Brainerd/Baxter, MN area. You can expect to spend approximately four days per week in the field meeting with local businesses across your territory and one day working remotely managing Salesforce, reporting, and planning outreach activities. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the local business community.

This is a Contract position based out of Brainerd, MN.

The pay range for this position is $29.00/hr.
