PMO/Program Management Manager in Commercial Technology & InnovationThe Opportunity As a PMO/Program Management Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will lead and coordinate multiple projects to align with organizational goals and drive strategic business outcomes. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your leadership skills to optimize project portfolios, focusing on project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful delivery. As a Manager, you will develop and inspire your team, fostering an environment of growth and accountability. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
