Job Description: Required:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex standards into actionable guidance.
- 5+ years Java/JVM backend development.
- Strong experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems.
- JVM tuning (GC, memory, threading), profiling, and load testing.
- Experience with rules engines (Drools/DMN or custom DSLs) is a strong plus.
- Decision pipeline implementation.
- Arbitration/ranking algorithms.
- Microservices API design.
- JVM performance optimization.
- Integration with ML inference services.
- Deterministic rule evaluation.
- Production operations.
- Expected experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Generic Managerial Skills, If any.
