Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission, with first-year recruiters typically earning $75k+ and second-year recruiters $100k+. Duties & Responsibilities: Create target lists, identify candidates, and execute a defined sourcing strategy that will attract top talent. Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with external candidates. Follow up with candidates to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process. Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements.) Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS.) Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 2 years of sales and customer service experience. Preferred 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience.
