Description:
This role is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to pass holders, guests, and event participants while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well with others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers outstanding hospitality with a positive attitude. Requires valid driver's license. Weekend and Holiday availability is a must.
General Responsibilities:
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
- Uphold the professional image and service standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum of previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirement for alcohol service
- RAMP Certification; must be completed/renewed before start date
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and tournament days
