Radiology - Nuclear Medicine

PET Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Will work 5x8 hours with varying start times from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM and ending times from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Unit performs PET-CT scans on Saturdays if needed.

We are seeking a dedicated PET Technologist to join our imaging team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting PET-CT scans and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Performing PET-CT scans on patients as required.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintaining and calibrating imaging equipment.
• Adhering to radiation safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborating with medical staff to interpret scan results.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PET-CT imaging.
• BLS certification.
• NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N) certification.
• NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(R) or (CT) certification.
• State Licensure in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology or Computed Tomography.
