Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: South Florida (Hybrid) (NO RELOCATION AVAILABLE AND ONLY US CITIZENS OR PERMANENT RESIDENT CAN APPLY. NO C2C/C2H) Position Overview Ideal Candidate - We are seeking a business‑minded analyst who can bridge the gap between healthcare operations, executive leadership, business intelligence, and emerging AI technologies . Understands how healthcare organizations operate and has experience leveraging modern AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and related technologies to improve business processes and decision‑making. This role combines healthcare business analysis, business intelligence, operational consulting, and applied artificial intelligence . The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Legal, Clinical, and Administrative teams to evaluate workflows, analyze business performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement technology‑driven solutions that improve productivity and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational challenges across multiple departments. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, cost reduction, and process standardization. Partner with executive leadership to evaluate organizational performance and develop actionable recommendations. Utilize AI technologies including Claude, Microsoft Copilot , and other large language model platforms to streamline business processes and improve productivity. Design, test, and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI‑assisted solutions using Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other Large Language Models (LLMs). Develop and maintain Custom GPTs, AI assistants, and knowledge‑based solutions to support business operations and decision‑making in the healthcare space. Identify opportunities to automate business analysis, documentation, reporting, requirements gathering, and workflow management through AI technologies. Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders throughout the organization. Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, dashboards, reporting solutions, and technology initiatives. Support business intelligence and analytics initiatives by transforming data into meaningful insights for leadership. Develop process maps, business cases, workflow documentation, and operational recommendations. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications. Assist with data governance, reporting accuracy, and enterprise analytics initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and department stakeholders. Handle confidential business, financial, operational, and personnel information with discretion. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or related field. 7+ years of Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, Operations Analysis , or related experience. Experience with Snowflake and modern data warehouse environments. Knowledge of business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. Experience working within healthcare organizations, health plans, managed care organizations, provider groups, hospitals, healthcare technology companies, or similar healthcare environments. Experience working directly with executive leadership and cross‑functional business teams. Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve business processes and productivity. Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and documenting business processes. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
