This opportunity suits an experienced nurse ready to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with various diagnoses including cardiac, respiratory, and neuro. The role involves caring for patients in a facility with excellent departmental support.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips
• Provide general medical/surgical care, including care of patients with tubes and drains
• Start IVs, administer blood products, and perform wound care and dressing changes
• Collaborate with department support including CNA, phlebotomy, RT, hospitalists, and intensivists
• Must be comfortable with floating within region and scope of practice

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• 18 months Med/Tele RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 6 months experience with EPIC systems
