Supporting Maryland state agencies in system modernization, this role offers the chance to contribute to the state's long-term health while growing professionally. All positions are onsite at various Maryland locations. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data architecture. Define and enforce data architecture standards, principles, and best practices. Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and objectives. Identify and evaluate data management solutions and technologies. Implement data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Evaluate and optimize current systems. Create and update documentation. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field from an accredited institution. At least 3 years of experience as a data architect or in a similar role. Strong understanding of data architecture principles and practices.
