Location Sam's Club #4961, 4400 N Main St, Roswell, NM 88201-0314, United States Responsibilities Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams; educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and remains flexible to work in other areas. Be an Expert: Prepares food per item specifications; plans future and mass productions; preps for seasonality; adheres to food safety and sanitation standards, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product layout. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement; uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages adoption. Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service—acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment options, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work respectfully, supportively, and team‑oriented; understands roadblocks and assists in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; implements action plans, uses the Open Door Policy, and applies these in business practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to and learns from change and feedback. Compensation & Benefits The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*, with additional premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
