Clinical Support & Mentorship You won't be on your own. Our dedicated dental hygiene support team provides coaching, mentorship and clinical resources to help you continue developing your skills. Career Growth As part of an established dental organization, you have opportunities to grow your career within the practice and across the organization, including opportunities with our corporate support teams. Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, polishing and fluoride/sealant applications
• Assess and document periodontal health and treatment provided
• Review and update patient dental histories
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Partner with the dentist and clinical team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Administer local anesthetic when permitted under Ohio regulations
• Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant patient records

Qualifications:

• A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff
• Ability to travel between locations preferred
