About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Medicaid Partnerships to lead the expansion of its presence in the Medicaid market. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company's products and services to selected health plans, with a focus on securing contracts that align with growth objectives. This role demands a seasoned payer sales executive who can take ownership of the entire sales process, from opportunity identification to contract close. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a sales strategy, surpassing growth goals, and continuously evaluating market dynamics to adjust strategies. The VP will also be accountable for team leadership, collaboration, and performance monitoring, and must be adept at building and maintaining strategic client relationships. Applicants for the VP, Medicaid Partnerships position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in the Medicaid vendor space, with a proven track record of success in client engagement and growth. The role requires a deep understanding of Medicaid health plans, contract lifecycles, and experience in leading teams dedicated to this market. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills, and be proficient in contract management and expansion strategies. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred.
