Adecco Staffing is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shiftfor a client site in Moreno Valley, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-6 years of experience. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading day to day warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, safety, accuracy, and service-level expectations are consistently met. This role oversees warehouse associates, supports continuous improvement efforts, and helps maintain a positive, high performance work environment. The starting pay is $72,000/salary. The Schedule is Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 11:00pm (overtime and Saturday's when needed/ must have schedule flexibility)Responsibilities:Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control.Assign labor and workflow to meet daily production goals.Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates.Conduct shift huddles, assign tasks, and ensure employee compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Manage attendance, performance reviews, employee coaching, and corrective actions.Enforce OSHA standards and company safety programs.Conduct safety audits, ensure proper equipment use, and drive a culture of safety.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.Assist in implementing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.Support inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.Maintain clear communication between shifts, departments, and leadership.Prepare and deliver shift reports, productivity updates, and issue escalation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Maintenance, and Training.Qualifications/Requirements:2- 6 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and workplace compliance.Proficient in WMS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email).Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.PreferredExperience in high-volume distribution fulfillment.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Why work for Adecco?Weekly pay.Comprehensive benefits options available.Growth and leadership development opportunitiesAccess to free upskilling and training programs through Adecco Aspire Academy.Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment.Apply Today!If you're ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
