Engineer-Level 4 - Lead (15+ Years)

Position Summary


Engineering & Construction division is seeking a Project Engineer to support data center power projects.


This role is responsible for managing technical aspects of projects from due diligence through project completion. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering activities, supporting stakeholders, managing engineering deliverables, and providing technical leadership throughout project execution.


The ideal candidate will have experience supporting infrastructure, power, mission-critical, or data center projects and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of projects from planning through completion.
• Support internal stakeholders and project teams.
• Coordinate internal engineering resources and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Manage external engineering resources and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Resolve complex technical issues during project execution.
• Make engineering recommendations impacting major project activities.
• Support standardized engineering and construction processes.
• Collaborate across engineering, project management, and construction teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet schedule, quality, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Related engineering discipline
• 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Engineering and project management experience supporting:
  • Infrastructure projects
  • Power projects
  • Mission-critical projects
• Experience managing internal and external engineering resources.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data center project experience preferred.
• Power delivery or utility infrastructure background preferred.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience in engineering coordination and technical issue resolution.
