Position SummaryDetail-oriented and dependable This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience of resort accommodations, ensuring all rooms meet the highest standards of luxury and hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and service guest rooms, suites, and cottages in accordance with resort standardsMake beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenitiesDust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areasEnsure bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stockedReport maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptlyRestock housekeeping carts and maintain organization of suppliesFollow all safety and sanitation proceduresProvide courteous and professional service when interacting with guestsQualificationsPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessPhysical ability to stand, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong work ethicFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as neededWork EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor work (resort cottages and lodge accommodations)Physically active role requiring lifting up to 25-30 lbsTeam-oriented, guest-focused environment
