Senior Security Customer Engagement Specialist You will play a key role in delivering our customer engagement strategy, ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently, and providing expert guidance on our products and security practices. This includes completing security due diligence questionnaires, managing security contract language, and conducting customer engagement calls. Responsibilities Respond to customer security inquiries utilizing knowledge bases, generative AI, and subject matter expertise. Deliver timely expert support, fostering strong relationships and helping secure and retain business. Uphold high quality standards across all interactions, ensuring trust and clarity. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication. Drive strategic initiatives and projects that enhance security solutions and customer experience. Support junior team members through training and mentoring. Key Skills and Experience Information security expertise and knowledge of principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Customer engagement experience, including maintaining public Trust Center, completing questionnaires, client engagement calls, and reviewing security contract language. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders. Project management: manage multiple engagements and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
