Job Description Deposita(TM), an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a Training Representative (Trainer). The Trainer will deliver virtual or in-person training to customer store‑level personnel on new cash‑handling devices, ensuring comprehensive, professional instruction. The role requires utilizing information gathered from training and shadowing to target end‑user needs. Compensation: $22.00 per hour (part‑time, 25–30 hours/week, remote). Must have previous virtual training experience. Responsibilities Effectively facilitate virtual training content using a provided mobile device. Use applications such as PowerPoint, internal systems, remote manager, and Zoom to deliver training. Execute and track completion of scheduled training events. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of training, retail, accounting, or customer service experience. Experience in retail operations, training, cash handling, accounting, loss prevention or guest service industry. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in understanding clients’ business models and needs. Ability to present comprehensive training in a friendly, empathetic, and helpful manner. Excellent communication skills, flexible to client preferred communication style. Troubleshooting skills for systems, processes, and device performance. Other Must be able to work flexible schedules, including split shifts and early AM or evening hours.
