Director OF Property Management

Community Roots Housing

Community Roots Housing seeks a Director of Property Management in Seattle to oversee the Property Management Department and all CRH properties. You will work with the VP of Property Operations to guide financial management, staff development, and policy implementation across sites. The role requires seven years in affordable housing management, strong HUD compliance experience, and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive tenant relations, and ensure regulatory adherence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
