What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting for approximately 320 admissions annually
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists to develop and implement patient care plans
• Cover newborn nursery shifts to support maternal and newborn health
• Assist in managing complex neonatal cases, including stabilization and ongoing care
• Engage in on-call and in-house coverage to ensure continuous patient care
• Contribute to a family-centered, luxurious NICU environment that emphasizes mother-baby bonding

What You Need

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (RN license required in North Carolina)
• 2+ years of NNP experience (not including RN experience)
• Excellent clinical judgment and teamwork skills
• Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced, high-acuity NICU environment
