We are hiring an experienced Traveling Track Hoe Operator for heavy civil construction projects. This position requires travel to job sites as assigned.

Pay: $50 per hour
Experience: Minimum five years operating a track hoe

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate track hoes and other assigned heavy equipment
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and backfilling
• Excavate around existing utilities safely and accurately
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow project plans, grade stakes, and directions from the superintendent
• Maintain a safe and productive work area
• Follow all company and job-site safety requirements
• Work cooperatively with laborers, pipe crews, foremen, and other operators

Qualifications:

• At least five years of track hoe operating experience
• Heavy civil, underground utility, and excavation experience preferred
• Ability to travel and remain out of town for assigned projects
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of excavation and job-site safety
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
