Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions to identify their specific therapy needs and capabilities.
• Design, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans aimed at optimizing clients' strength, mobility, and functional independence, utilizing techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized modalities.
• Document and monitor patient progress meticulously, providing updates and making data-driven adjustments to treatment strategies as required.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care and align on treatment goals.
• Educate clients and their families about home exercise programs and best practices for maintaining physical health, empowering them to take charge of their recovery.
• Stay up to date with state and federal regulations as well as professional best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications
