This executive serves as the business leader for the portfolio and is accountable for underwriting performance, portfolio management, distribution strategy, partner engagement, governance, operational effectiveness, and financial results.Leading a team of underwriting, program management, and operational professionals, this individual will develop and execute a long-term strategy that drives sustainable growth while maintaining disciplined underwriting, strong governance, and superior risk-adjusted returns. The role requires a market-facing leader capable of building and strengthening strategic relationships with Program Administrators, Managing General Agents (MGAs), Managing General Underwriters (MGUs), brokers, reinsurers, and other key stakeholders.The successful candidate will possess deep expertise across delegated authority and program business, a broad understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products, and a demonstrated track record of leading large-scale insurance operations with significant P&L accountability. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
