Lead Technician/Field Inspector

Position Overview RestoPros is searching for a qualified professional for a lead technician and field inspector position. This role offers a leadership opportunity and career growth within a growing company. Responsibilities Explain the mitigation and repair process to customers daily. Maintain a clean and well‑maintained appearance to ensure a positive first impression. Perform highly detailed documentation. Lead mitigation efforts on jobs, including water mitigation for residential and commercial properties. Lead and manage junior technicians. Provide excellent customer service. Participate in rotating on‑call and emergency response. Work a flexible schedule, including after normal business hours. Hours and Schedule 40 hours guaranteed per week with overtime available as needed. Schedule is not fixed and may change daily based on customer demand. Qualifications Mitigation/Remediation experience required. Experience in face‑to‑face sales. High attention to detail and expertise in job documentation.
