Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: 11 West Hampton Ave, Mesa AZ Reports To: HR Manager Department: Reception FLSA Status: Non-exempt Job Code: Supervises Others: No SUMMARY The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for direct contact with domestic and international customers, interacting with clients by phone and occasionally by e-mail. Specific Responsibilities include answering a three line switchboard, greeting customers as they come into our facility, and managing administrative duties as required. The scope of this position is to provide customers with a courteous professional greeting, manage incoming calls and forward calls to the correct party within the company, as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:- Answer a three line switchboard and route calls as required.
- Greet customers in the lobby and direct them appropriately.
- Process supply orders for the corporate office and all Hub locations.
- Maintain front desk reference manual.
- Hand out and log all drug screens and applications for potential employees.
- Order business cards, name tags and employee handbooks as required.
- Assist managers with various special projects.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear and use hands to handle, feel, or type. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The working conditions are normal for an office environment. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Education and/or Experience High School or equivalent diploma required. Ability to type with speed and accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word) is required.
