We’re hiring an Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to help existing customers with coverage questions, policy reviews, and account support while identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions that fit their needs. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll build relationships, deliver a great experience, and help people protect what matters most. No insurance experience is required; we provide training and support for the right person.

We are a local Allstate agency backed by a nationally recognized brand, and we’re looking for someone who is coachable, organized, dependable, and genuinely good with people. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants paid training, earning potential, and room to grow in a long-term career. 

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers 
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience 
• Educate customers on coverage options that fit their needs 
• Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities 
• Support current customers with coverage reviews and cross-sell opportunities 
• Contribute to agency growth by identifying customer needs and recommending additional insurance solutions when appropriate 
• Represent a trusted brand while serving your local community

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills 
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable 
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through 
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment 
• Interest in sales, customer experience, and business development 
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required 
• Insurance experience is not required 
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license

This opportunity is with a local Allstate agency owner, not directly with Allstate Insurance Company. Agency staff members are employed by Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors.
