What We Seek

The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to collaborate effectively with supervising providers while adapting to their unique practice styles. Experience in women’s health is essential, particularly in conducting pelvic examinations and staying updated with evidence-based practices. This individual should also excel in establishing trust with a diverse range of patients. Furthermore, they should have experience managing various types of visits, including:

• Pre-operative assessments
• Follow-ups from hospital and emergency room visits
• Acute care
• Chronic disease management
• Well-woman examinations

Position Details

• Focus on Acute Care and Chronic Disease Management
• Conduct Well-Woman Exams
• Manage ER and Hospital Follow-ups
• 75% of time dedicated to Patient Care in a Pod-Model
• 25% allocated for In-Basket Management

Requirements

• NP with relevant experience in Internal Medicine is preferred
• Board Certification required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• California Licensure is necessary
• California Furnishing License required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential
